I prefer breading trays over plates or shallow bowls. The interlocking feature of the trays keeps them together when cooking. The stainless steel construction makes for easy cleanup and they can be sanitized in the dishwasher.

We have Wusthof Classic knives and they will slice through a tomatoe when sharpened and for a few weeks after that. For me, sharpening knives is a pain and with the exception of slicing a tomatoe they don't need sharpening for six months.
This Wusthof serrated tomatoe knife allows me to put off sharpening my knives. That I like.

Better than a sheet pan for oven baking french fries. Between the non-stick surface and perforated ridges I was able to make crispy frozen french fries. It is much easier to turn fries midway through cooking with this pan compared to sheet pan. With this pan I just give it a couple of shakes and put it back in the oven.

Better than pizza stone

We had used a pizza stone, nothing-just the oven rack, and then the non-stick pizza crisper from Chicago Metallic for baking store bought frozen pizza. The pizza maker, Home Run Inn, recommends only using the oven rack and no pan. That provided good results, the pizza stone better, and the pizza crisper the best crust and as a benefit, the most uniform cooking. When using only the oven rack or pizza stone the baking wasn't uniform. With the pizza crisper we received uniform baking across the pizza. A real surprise and an even greater benefit than the crispy crust.
