I have several Anolon pans purchased over the years and I wouldn't want to lose any of them. The hard anodized exterior makes them easy to clean on the outside, and the interior is a joy to cook on. Although most of my cooking is for two, this pan cooks small amounts beautifully and saves on any possible splatter on the stovetop. Lest I forget, the always cool handle is a blessing for my hands.

This is a quality set of knifes and so easy to use. My son is setting up his "single guy" kitchen, and I thougtht this set of knives would make the perfect starter. Boy howdy, I was right. The icing on the cake for this set of knives is a great storing case.

These are great spoons for soup lovers. The quality of workmanship is very good, and the price is reasonable. The only reason I do not give them 5 stars is they are 18/8, not the 18/10 stainless steel I prefer.

As my budget allowed, I have purchased the All Clad steamer/double boiler/sauce pan. This last purchase, the double boiler insert completes the set, and I am overjoyed with the results. The food I have cooked using all three segments has been tasty and beautiful to plate. Oh yes, I did get the lid.

Easy to use, and it works as advertised. Even though it has to be hand washed, clean up is very easy. It is so great not to have to deal with fragile wires when something needs slicing.

This pan can be used for baking meats and fish as well as baking fries and roasting other veggies. I especially love my asparagus laid cross-wise on the pan and roasted. A great addition to "specialty" pans for your kitchen cookware.
