This is my first owned cleaver - I first used one at my cousins house, who is an Executive Chef and said it was more versitile than a regular knife. He was right, as you can easily put your cuttings on the big blade and move then to the pan much easier than you can with a knife.
Very sharp, cleans easily, a must-have for any well stocked kitchen!
