This is the best quality stainless steel and this pan is so generously capable of holding the largest roasts, etc. I will be using it for the holidays, but in the meantime, it will be perfect for all the roasted vegetables my family likes. No worries here about finding a pan large enough to hold whatever is on the menu. And these handles rest closely against the pan, saving space in the oven. I LOVE this pan for so many reasons!

This is my best stockpot because of the large volume but with a lower profile than my other, taller ones. With a tall stockpot sitting atop a raised gas grate on my cooktop, I cannot even seen what is in the pot unless I stand on a stool. This one makes the difference. And it is of good quality, is sturdy and such value for the cost. Thank you, Chefs!

I'm using this pizza pan for more than just pizza, but it does make a great crust. When I received the pan, there was absolutely nothing to do but unpack it and give it the usual, quick new-product cleaning with dish soap and water before putting it into action. It is already seasoned and cleanup continues to be a breeze. I have a pizza stone, but I am even thinking of retiring the stone because this ironware works so well and this pan will wear like iron for a lifetime. This is one of the best buys I've ever made.

These are the perfect size mise en place bowls. Especially handy is the ability to flex them as you dump the ingredient into the pot or bowl.
My little Yorkie also has been given one bowl of her own, which is just the right size for her little muzzle.

Square Spatter Screen Perfect

I have been needing these great spatter screens (I purchased 2 of them) for some time. I have a couple of square fry / grill pans that are shallow and when I cook in them, it has been necessary to do an intensive cleanup of my cooktop afterward. That has all changed now. These large, good quality screens allow the food to cook just as it would without a cover, yet the spattering is contained within the pan. I should have had these long ago! Thank you, Chefs Catalog!

Absolutely love these glasses! I purchased the larger size for tea and was thinking they might be heavy and thick. They are perfect. I prefer a thinner glass from which to drink and these are just fine and the bonus is that they are so durable.
