If you are like me, always looking for ways to bring out the best from expensive top-notch ingredients, you will want this very pan. And more of them. It is proving perfect for fussy items requiring careful attention and precisely controlled heat, especially those needing various temperature changes in the preparation process, such as fruit lekvor, sabayon, coulis, etc. But beware, this cute n' innocent lil' sauce pan is a heart stealer. It has caused me to lose a lot of sleep because I'm staying up all kinds of crazy hours looking for new recipes to use it with for company. However, when I get up the next day and see my adorable pan sitting on the stove, I fall in love all over again. I appreciate it has added a lot of sass to the kitchen for the amount it cost.

Every time I use these I give a nod to the inventor, who must be a pie baker! It is so convenient and saves considerable time than fishing around for some beans or other pie weights. The ceramic also gives a quality, even heat, too. So easy to finish, too, no need to struggle any more. I didn't think baking a pie could be more fun than it already is, but this surely puts it over the top.

My bight cherry red baby spatula brightens up a dark and dreary cold weather day, while Im having a great time baking in the kitchen. This spatula does the trick in the blender and other narrow spots like an Olympic skater doing a twirl. It's cute and sassy and an easy way to impress your friends with your culinary adventures.

I didn't realize what fun I was missing out on until I started using this spatula. It is heavy-duty enough so you can really go to town on stiff cookie dough, yet soft and pliable for reaching the nooks and crannies. It makes good cookin' fun!!!

I fell in love with the this food processor as soon as I took it out of the box. However, beyond its attractive appearance, it's the perfect size for medium tasks. My last high-end mini-food processor was smaller and not quite as useful or powerful as this one. My Cuisinart doubly pleased me with the surprising strength of the motor, ease in using and in cleaning it. It chops and grinds perfectly. I keep looking for new recipes that require a food processor, just so I can use my Cuisinart food processor! It's always a thrill!
