I had a great Cuisinart blender and loved it, until the blades broke off in a Margarita. I started searching for new blenders and everyone said theirs was the best. So I asked around with friends and family to see what they had and loved. My parents were the saving grace. They have been through so many appliances, they could rival Consumer Reports. They mentioned that if I were to get a new Blender the Breville series was the best and the die-cast Hemisphere handled best. I bit the bullet and got it. I use it every chance I get. Its amazing. The smoothie option is great and really helps with creamy drinks and recipes. Mayonnaise is a breeze in it. Also, the way it crushes and chops is very nice. I love this machine and will get another one to keep, just in case this one is stolen.
