Purchased this item specifically to use at Thanksgiving this year. Never have been good at making gravy as it usually turns out quite greasy even tho I tried to strain it. This product worked like a dream. There was virtually no grease! Especially liked that it is glass instead of plastic. Clean up was very easy. Bought the 4-cup size. Look forward to using this often when making gravies and soups.

After purchasing and using the medium silicone spatula I ordered the large spatula and the spatula spoon. The spatula spoon is great! I have used it when making sauces in my Le Creuset Braiser and love the way it turns things over and gets in all of the corners of the pan. It is sturdy yet flexible.

I needed a new ice cream scoop as the one I had was "pitting." Saw this one in Chefs Catalog and ordered it. When it arrived I was a bit surprised that it was smaller than I expected. It has turned out to be perfect! I love that it is completely stainless steel. It is sturdy and gives a good size "scoop" for its size. Have used it several times and have been pleased. It goes in the dishwasher and comes out great.

I love these spatulas! Previously purchased the medium silicone spatula to go with a Le Creuset Braiser purchased at the same time. It worked so perfectly that I immediately ordered the large version. It is sturdy, yet flexible enough to get in the corners of all of my pans. It also works extremely well as a scraper when deglazing. I also love the fact that the head is removable for washing in the dishwasher.

I ordered this spatula in the flame color to go along with a flame color Le Creuset Braiser that was ordered at the same time. This is by far the best spatula I have ever used. It is sturdy and makes scraping a snap. I especially like the strike zone cushion that protects the edges of pans and bowls. I have since ordered the larger size spatula and the spatula spoon. I can't wait to get them!

Love this pan! Have been looking at this for a long time and finally bought it. Chefs was the best price and I've had great experiences in the past. This pan is the perfect size for just about anything. It heats evenly and cooks great. Ordered the flame color and it looks fantastic on my new gas rangetop! I find myself reaching for this pan before any other. Would definitely recommend this pan to anyone and would also definitely recommend Chefs.
