Knife was sharp and quick. Very well balancedand agood design. Was nicer than using a chefs knife which I had been doing all these years. Would recomend to everyone.

An excellent well balanced knife. It was like an extension of my hand and works fast and neat. Knife was a little big for the wife's hand but I would recomend it to all.

Wusthof knives are the way to go. Excellent balance and always sharp. I like the Dick steels but for knives and accessories such as this it's Wusthof.
