The knife is a really nice addition to my cheese knife set. It is very sharpe and has the feel of a high quality product. Plus it looks really great.

I have always had Henckels knives before, butr decided to try Wusthof based upon using them at a friends home. This knife is really nice. It feels great in your hand, is sharp as can be, well balanced and is a pleasure to use. The 5 inch blade is particulalry good for my wife who is not comfortable handling kitchen knives.
Only drawback is that it doesn't fit in my knife block. It needs the wider slot.
