I received the Edge Brownie Pan as a gift. I love the "edges" on most baked goods. I have used mine for lasagne, egg dishes, potatoe dishes (augratin, scallopped), coffie cakes and yes, Brownies also. They have all turned out great. Family and guests thought so too.
