Needed a large satinless steel roasting set that matched my All Clad pots and pans, and was easly washable. Doing a twenty pound stuffed turkey was easy, and the cleanup was quick due to the grid the bird was sitting on during the roast. For large roasts and leg of lamb the apparatus was as exellent, and the juices underneath the grid allowed a quick gravy preperation. Highly recomended!
