I grew tired of watching my husband at holiday meals struggle with carving the meat. I gave this to my husband for Christmas along with a carving board and Chef's heat lamp to create a carving station like the pros. My husband loved it! The carving set is superb quality. My husband had no problem carving beautiful cuts of meat.
