I had gone to the store looking for a bundt cake pans but they were too expensive and were made out of cheap tin. Thia one from Chef Catalog is vey heavy and sturdy. the price was also very reasonable.

This is a very great and dicreet way of keeping used oil. The only thing is that it is too small for all the oil my fryer uses.
