I love this baking sheet. No need to stop cooking halfway and flip your food. And everything turns out much crispier in this pan even after all of the turning on an ordinary pan. Great idea and it works!

Herb Keeper : Everyone loves the fresh, green herbs you add to dishes to accentuate delectable flavors. Now you can avoid brown, wilting herbs with this air- tight Herb Keeper. Simply add up to 3 bunches of fresh herbs to clear acrylic cylinder, then add water to lower reservoir. Perfect for keeping asparagus, too. Won't absorb fridge odors. Best to hand wash.

Well, it does what it says and it looks like it is pictured so I'm not sure why I'm a little disappointed. I guess I was hoping for a little more magic in preserving my herbs. Also, if you get a big bunch of herbs you probably won't be able to fit the whole bunch. Maybe its just that I think a tall glass of water would serve the same purpose.

My husband was afraid when I bought this that it would be a novelty purchase that we would use once and then put away forever. I have to say I was a little afraid of the same thing, but I am happy to say I use it very often and like the pan. It is a good size for cooking for two and we even usually have leftovers.
