Second Purchase

This is the second one I purchased. The first one I purchased I left with my family when we were cooking over the holidays. No one wanted to let me take it home, so I left it behind with the family pie baker. I was so lost without it at my own home, I had to purchase a second. This is solid construction, metal, will not fall apart and works exactly as described. Do not purchase the cheap plastic versions, make the investment and buy this one.

I have used this every day since it arrived.
I was thrilled with the weight it makes quick work of chicken breasts. I was even more excited when I realized it was double-sided and was an easy screw off to switch sides flat or tined.
It stores easily in my gadget drawer since I can take it apart and lay it flat. I am glad I made the purchase in a higher end product that will not fall apart.
