Perfect for long simmers on induction

Have recently begun cooking a lot on induction, and particularly wanted a pot for long, reducing simmers of things like apple butter, that tend to scorch in enameled cast iron and other pots. Aluminum provides the most responsive and even heating of any material other than copper, but all the induction-capable pots I'd seen were made of cast aluminum, which is significantly less responsive than straight gauge [because of the air pores in cast aluminum].
This pot was exactly what I'd been looking for, and it's a thing of beauty as well as performing outstandingly -- on the cooktop, in the oven, and on the induction unit. Superb quality; a lifetime pot.
