This saute pan is magnificent. It cooks quickly, searing meats & veggies giving them a carmelized taste that adds great flavor to recipes. I can make a fast, tasty pot of soup in one pan. It's very close to being like a WOK, so great for stir fry too. I like the material this pan is made of as it's very easy care, just rinse. The fact this pan is seasoned makes it a "no-nonsense" pan I can use with no fuss and no food sticking problems.
