I love this knife so much - I bought it TWICE. I am a catering chef. I took this knife to an event where apparently someone else liked it; when I looked in my knife bag at the end of the day - it was gone. I purchased several other small serrated knives that never quite worked as well for me. Then I saw my knife in the Chef’s catalogue, bought it and - it’s better than I remembered! Perfect for tomatoes, peppers – any vegetable with a skin, it’s also wonderful for bread products. It’s the right length, the right weight and I highly recommend it. Just don’t leave it unattended.
