Lodge Logic Biscuit Pan : Just spoon the batter into the wells of the pan and bake. The cast iron conducts the heat uniformly through the pan to ensure even baking so the biscuits emerge crunchy on the outside and feather-light on the inside. Hand-washing recommended. 13"W x x1 1/4"H, with seven 3 1/4" Dia. wells. Made in USA.

Just the right pan for biscuits

I usually only bake from one to seven biscuits at a time.
This is just right pan for getting light puffy biscuits whether I bake one or seven.
