If you actually know how to use a knife, can take care of them, and love to cook, these are tops. They are not for opening boxes, or cutting cans in half. They will however cut food like a surgeons scalpel.

For such and even cooking and large pan it is amazingly light. It cooks evenly, the non stick works, and the handle stays cool. You can concentrate on the food and not even think about the pan.
