This set has a knife for each style of cheese you would serve/eat. The soft cheese knife really does a better job at cutting through the cheese, without dragging or leaving cheese on the knife. This would make a desirable gift, or an excellent hostess set for yourself. I can also attest to, the WUSTHOF quality.

The finish, weight, and overall quality, was disappointing. I did some research, and decided to go with a pan recommended by Cooks Illustrated. I found it weightier, a much better finish,(food safe and easily washable), and of commercial quality. Even though I am returning this product, I will remain a customer of Chefs. Your customer service is EXCELLENT. When I have called - (for any reason), I have been treated with courtesy, in a friendly manner.
