This saute pan is just the latest addition to my Scanpan collection. I have three fry pans and two saucepans of the Scanpan Professional line. All of them work wonderfully and are such a breeze to clean. I highly reccommend this product line. The only (small) downside is when a recipe call for adding a liquid and scrapping up the "fond", there is no fond because of the super no-stick surface. The ceramic/titanium no-stick is really no-stick. And I don't have to worry about what utensils I use when cooking since it is also no-scratch.
