This Jelly Roll pan is not *just* a Jelly Roll Pan...it's a bacon drip counter protector when used in conjunction with its wire rack. Put a silicon matt in the bottom and get your cookies, fish or land bases mammals baked. Wave it wildly out in your front yard to signal planes (it's very shiny when it's new).
Is there anything else that needs to be said to convince you? Really...bacon....planes?

This is the one for me! I use it in a Jelly Roll pan and it cools cookies, drains bacon, washes in the dishwasher.
Anything that performs well with cookies and bacon is a winner in my book!

Since I'm not supposed to mention the competing, French silicon matt competitor, I won't. But I own one. And I bought this one due to getting a new jelly roll pan. This one is a bit thicker than the "original" one I own. It's performance is good having already made dozens of cookies and a salmon dish on it. I'm very pleased.

Perfect mat for the lazy cleaner!

Ok, I may not be as lazy as this suggests, but I do get a bit messy sometimes. This mat, while is pretty good at helping with the pasty (Salmon en Croute on Sunday), it makes an EXCELLENT mat to prepare other food things on. Making a cake and spill some flour? How about those grains of sugar you can feel? Hate finding a place to put the stirring spoon? Lay this mat down and work on top of it. When finished, empty into the garbage and wash down in the sink. IT'S PERFECT! The only drawback - and that's only for me - it's a bit of a pain to clean. If you have a small shallow sink, you have to double it to clean. If you have a big, deep sink - no problems at all.
