These steak knives are a nice weight and very sharp. They feel nice in your hand. I would have liked the container to be reusable so I could have stored them in it. Also the handles did bleed a little when the knives were washed.

This was so easy to use. Just rub it in with your hands. My board was really thirsty but the cream seems to go a long way. I hardly put a dent int the tube. Added bonus - it's nice on your hands.
