Lodge Logic Cast-Iron Skillet : It's perfect for making virtually anything from bacon and eggs to grilled sandwiches, pan-fried fish, and fabulous cornbread. Each has dual pour spouts (except the 15" size) and a helper handle. Set of 2 includes the 10 1/4" and 12" diameter skillets. I have never had a knife quite like this one. It cuts through EVERYTHING like it was butter. Tomatoes, partially frozen meats, onions, you name it - it does it! If I had purchased this one first, I wouldn't need any of my other knives - and I've got some really nice Wusthoff knives. This one is the BEST!

I've used this machine twice since I got it. Made BBQ Ribs (3 racks) the first time, and stuffed cabbage the next time. Both came out super!! It's so nice not to have to dirty another pan browning stuff before you put it in the slow cooker - that sold me on the pot to start with. The 7 quart size is just superb! There are only two of us most of the time, but I like to cook ahead and freeze for the days I don't feel like cooking. Haven't tried roasting or steaming yet, but I'll do that pretty soon. Great appliance!

I was so tired of my oven mitts. Each time I would try to get a cookie sheet out of the oven with the mitts, I'd smash a cookie! I love the control having all 10 fingers gives you. These are super - can't feel any heat at all. Non-slip too - great product.
