I have only used it twice but it performs wonderfully. I had a really good slicer that I used for about 30 years and then parts became unavailable. I bought a cheap one after that and hated to get it out of the cabinet. This slicer has a cabinet all it's own and I plan to slice more stuff on it than I have in several years.
