Heavy-Duty Dough Docker Roller : The secret to great restaurant quality pizza crust is the dough docker. Roll it across the dough to pierce it uniformly, without perforating, to eliminate air bubbles that can cause uneven crusts. Great for your favorite pizza, pie crust or any crust that you want to have uniform thickness. Product Features 3/8" spikes prick dough to prevent over rising blistering Made of high-impact plastic. Dishwasher-safe.

I make my own crackers and the hardest part has always been the poking of the holes in each cracker so they don't puff up. This tool is great. Made of (IMO) heavy duty plastic with a really good handle. Works very well for what I need. If you make pizza, crackers, or pie crusts, this tool is for you.

Chicago Metallic Perforated French Bread Pan : Formed with a curved base so longer lengths of dough can be laid horizontally, this traditional double-baguette pan is perforated to allow air circulation for deeper browning and a crispier crust. Made by an American commercial bakeware company according to professional specifications, this French bread pan is constructed of heavy-duty aluminized steel for outstanding heat conduction and a nonstick coating that is ten times tougher than ordinary nonstick formulations. Makes two 1-pound loaves. Dishwasher-safe.

This may be advertised as a French bread pan, but I use it for my Italian bread. It is the perfect size to hold just the right amount of dough. The bread comes out perfect every time.
