I've seen this sort of ceramic non-stick pan advertised on TV--cheapies, and no doubt not worth the usual 19.95 the sales company wanted for them... J.A. Henckels, however was another matter, and we needed another non-stick pan to compliment our Allclad. Both my wife and I have used this pan, and it's outstanding. It seems more non-stick than our several years old Allclad (one of our favorites). I was able to do poached eggs in it without them ever sticking, which they would do in the Allclad. We're sold on this one as a fine non-stick addition.

I have used this Bread Dome several times now, to bake both no-knead and sourdough bread, and it does a marvelous job. It's a lot easier to use than a baking stone and a lot less messy (no corn meal all over the oven). One can also let the bread do its last rise right in the Dome's bowl, put it in the oven, and bake it with no muss, fuss, or bother. I like it.
