de Buyer Mineral Pan, Saute Pan : Made of 99% iron, the organic Mineral pan is the natural choice of conscientious cooks. With its 2-3mm thickness, this pan performs outstandingly well at high temperatures to quickly seal in vitamins and nutrients. The shape of saute pans used in the French countryside with a wide surface and sloping sides to promote steam evaporation for perfect caramelizing and crisping of meats and vegetables. De Buyer takes a proactive approach toward ecologically-responsible cookware with the creation of the Mineral pan. Available in 10" and 12" Dia. Made in France. Safe for all heat sources, including induction. Founded in France in 1830, de Buyer is the manufacturer of the blue-steel French crepe pan used by chefs around the world. First start to use my de Buyer Saute Pan for few days. Secend is threw the old non-stick pan away from kitchen windows. Luckly without heard any screech.
Recommend some goods: Clean it for hot water, or with gentle scrub. After that must wipe it dry or up side down for natural dry.
