I had wanted to get a smaller pressure cooker, but they were not immersible, and did not have good reviews. I cook for one person, and most recipes serve 6-8 people. I was scared to use it when I got it. But I held my breath, and it did not explode! I don't have a place to store it, except on the counter. So when I use it, I just freeze all my leftovers. Saves wear and tear.
