Excellent pans, very slippery and suitable for all range types and oven to 500 degrees. very easy to shuffle flip when frying or sautéing. Very easy clean-up. Time will tell about the durability. Lids for the fry pans would be nice. Highly recommend the product. Only wish it was made in Germany or USA. Wouldn't mind the extra cost.
