Got these because I was curious about the ceramic coating. The pans are nice and heavy - they don't flex in a hot oven, a real bonus. And the ceramic is remarkable - tested these by roasting breaded chicken thighs, diced potatoes, asparagus, etc, in 420-430F oven. The pans got browned melted cheese, caramelized sugars, burnt blood, etc. on them. And it all soaked right off! Once cooled, filled them with water, let them stand an hour or so, and then cleaned them with a brush and soap, just like that. No scrubbing.
We'll have to use them for a couple of years to know about durability of the finish.

Although this is marketed for cooktops, it can also be used in the oven, up to 500F. I'd been looking for something to bake or broil fish filets, and this seemed perfect.
And so it is. The test run was a salmon filet, skin side down, lightly oiled. The fish came out beautifully, the pan cleaned easily. Replaces a roasting pan for this use; very happy.
