The Chicago Metallic Pie Weight is way easier than standard pie weights, dried beans, or pennies - think of hot copper pennies rolling all over your kitchen floor when the aluminium foil rips! The only drawback is that it isn't quite heavy enough. Go out and get yourself a rock and place it in the center. Problem solved!
