A tool better than advertised

This tool needs better PR. It is hands down the best tool I have ever added to my Kitchen Aid stand mixer. I always thought that the beater blade could be better, but this tool exceeds my expectations. It speeds up creaming butter and sugar, beating cake and cookie dough and whips up whipped cream like magic! The first time I used it I was so amazed that had to show everyone how it was working. I have bought one for everyone I know who has a Kitchen Aid stand mixer. It has become the indispensable attachment. It should be standard equipment. It cuts down some much time and made me more efficient in my baking. I actually made more cookies and cakes than I had planned because of the time I saved. Viva BeaterBlade!

I can honestly say that I have no idea how I was able to cook before I got my Stand Mixer years ago. I use every attachment and accessory. My Christmas wish list always includes any new accessory. I have made the BEST raspberry ice cream ever. I have ground wheat berries for muffins and cookies. I learned to make lasagna noodles and pasta and have blown away the Italian neighbors. Puréeing fresh tomatoes for sauce is a snap. I have shredded vegetables and made the best coleslaw. I have used the dough hook and made pita bread that looked and tasted just like bakery bread. Of course the smell of fresh baked goods makes everyone smile. My mom had one and I used it but I thought I couldn’t afford a Kitchen Aid. I ended up spending so much more on the other brands and I always was disappointed. They didn’t have the power or the motor burned out in the middle of something. And then I got my own Kitchen-Aid. I was in love. My Kitchen Aid has always come through. This whole holiday season, Thanksgiving to New Years, it was in use every day for hours. I made hundreds of cookies for my family, friends, school and neighborhood stores as holiday gifts. I made many holiday meals for 12 to 20. There is no way that I could have done it without my Kitchen Aid. I have given one to my sister-in-law (onyx) and my nieces (ice blue and tangerine), and my friends have all gotten one because I can not seem to stop talking about the hundreds of uses. I got the stand mixer bible books and that gave me even more ideas. My mixer is always plugged in and ready to go. This is one fabulous machine and you can quote me.
