I received two of these cake pans as a gift. I have used other Chicago Metallic pans, and really enjoy using them. They are very heavy duty, and they bake very evenly. I have never had a problem with cakes sticking, and they are manufactured so well, the cake surfaces are always even and ready for decorating.
