I bought one 24 wells pan a few years ago and have really put it to the test. No liners; just pour, bake, and wash and rinse for the next time. I DO use a plastic cup with a long narrow pouring spout because I tend to be a ... klutz.
My husband thought I was crazy to get the 24 size until he saw me place them in baggies (of 4-6) and freeze them. Then he could sneak into the freezer and grab a bag. (They defrost quickly.)
Don't stop with muffins. Small quiches, mock meatballs / meatloaf, and mock donut holes (while still hot, brush with a little butter and roll the tops into cinnamon sugar, etc.)
I'm about to order two more (one, a gift) so I can make two batches for the freezer.. And clean up will put a smile on your face.

Received this as a gift to make small cherry pies. (A generous row of cherry trees fills my freezer every year.) From the first try - fool proof. Really appreciated the cutter. This is a well thought out design. Even sticky bubble-ups clean up easily. Tried making chicken pot pie and was surprised that it worked quite nicely. While a bit small for an entree, served with a salad - a gourmet dinner on pennies.
This is one of the best new ideas in years! I'm ordering 2 more sets as a holiday gift to myself.

This really makes incredible ice cream - EASY. No more cranking, no more salt, no more "strange" ice cream. I just put the bowl in the freezer the night before. The following day, I plunk in the ingredients and the machine does the rest. Less than 30 minutes later, you have incredible ice cream... every time. Remember the DAK bread maker? That's how far back I go with bread machines. DAK might have retired but I didn't. When my son (age 31) bought his first home in Denver, I got him the Breadman. Understand: this is a very, very fussy young man! I asked (nagged) him to try the plain white bread recipe, first, as a benchmark; worried about the high altitude. The bread came out perfectly! Now, he's playing with other flours and recipes like a mad scientist. He still hasn't used it to make dough (one of the greatest features) - but I'm working on it. Oh yes, it's a snap to clean! Cheesecake is my favorite food. I wear my credentials proudly (putting waistline). BUT, making cheesecake, even with my Kitchen Aid mixer was a bit of a chore. The sticky batter lined the bowl and I was constantly having to stop the machine and scrap down the sides. This blade takes away all that stopping and starting. Now, when asked to make another cheesecake batch (I never make just ONE) - I don't hesitate. NOTE: make sure to purchase the correct blade for your mixer, and ENJOY!
