I received this mixer for Christmas and it makes me wish I had bought one years ago! I've never been an enthusiastic baker, but this makes it easy to mix up huge batches of cookies that make my coworkers adore me! Easy to clean as well. This appliance quickly pushed aside the microwave to claim prime counter real estate.

Lodge Logic Cast Iron Skillet : It's perfect for making virtually anything from bacon and eggs to grilled sandwiches, pan-fried fish, and fabulous cornbread. Each has dual pour spouts (except the 15" size) and a helper handle. Set of 2 includes the 10 1/4" and 12" diameter skillets. Lodge Logic's preseasoning process penetrates the metal's pores thoroughly and uniformly, so it looks and performs better than traditional home seasoning. You still get the even heating, superior heat retention, and inherently stick-resistant finish that has made cast iron cookware a favorite of professional chefs. Oven-safe. Made in the USA.

An absolutely versatile pan that handles cooking as well as my nonstick pans and more! I can't believe it took me so long to purchase one. Nothing is better for searing a steak or frying up breakfast. And the price beats anything else out there.
