I purchased this oven to replace my worn out DeLonghi convection oven The Breville is a bit larger, but fits nicely on my kitchen cart. It bakes like a dream, in fact, I have had to decrease my cooking time on everything, thus far. The interior is easy to keep clean- wiping down the enamel after broiling is sufficient to keep it in good shape, and the removable crumb tray does not allow any debris to accumulate beneath the oven. 1 dinner plate will fit on top of the oven which allows one to have a warm serving tray for presentation. The toaster is more finicky - somewhat of a disappointment, which is why I give this only a 4 star rating. Overall, the usual Breville quality is evident in not only the oven, but the trays and pans which accompany it.
