I purchased this oven to replace my worn out DeLonghi convection oven The Breville is a bit larger, but fits nicely on my kitchen cart. It bakes like a dream, in fact, I have had to decrease my cooking time on everything, thus far. The interior is easy to keep clean- wiping down the enamel after broiling is sufficient to keep it in good shape, and the removable crumb tray does not allow any debris to accumulate beneath the oven. 1 dinner plate will fit on top of the oven which allows one to have a warm serving tray for presentation.The toaster is more finicky - somewhat of a disappointment, which is why I give this only a 4 star rating. Overall, the usual Breville quality is evident in not only the oven, but the trays and pans which accompany it.

The balance of any Classic series knife is still my favorite. Add in the versatility of the Santoku and result is a piece of kitchen art.
