This is not a fancy knife. It just works great, especially for things that "crush" with other, more expensive knives. Like tomatoes and bread. Fabulous value

Love the quality and sustainability of the bamboo, and it is so useful! I cut bread on it, serve with it, and I also use it as a cooling rack for fresh baked items.
It is so clean and simple I leave it out all the time. Because it is bamboo I don't worry about resting my cutting knife on it. Good value, I plan to give it as gifts as well.

I had never seen one of these before chef's catalog but I immediately realized that this was exactly what I had been seeking for years. I decided to add it to my order and have nothing but praise for it. Fits perfectly in a cubby of my "stuff drawer". I will give it as a stocking stuffer, or a little "house gift". It's just fun and very very useful.

Carbon's Golden Malted Pancake and Waffle Mix : When you don't have time to make your secret recipe, make Mr. F.S. Carbon's secret "family recipe" mixture of premium wheat flour and corn flour, blended with wholesome malt and a blend of flavorings turns out fluffy, golden brown waffles and pancakes every time. As I expected from reading the reviews, the waffles are just wonderful. Great texture and taste. However, the addition of the malt makes a fabulous aroma in the kitchen! Everyone ends up clustered at the counter waiting for waffles. A very good purchase.
