How did I live without these??

I received these scissors as part of a gift and am now wondering what I've been doing without them. A friend caught cutting open a lemon simply because I could. I've made pouches in chicken, sectioned off fillets of fish, cut kale off it's tough sternum. SHARP, versatile and a bargain!
