Love this! Forget about the reamer, this is the tool you'll go to. Does such an efficient job, removes the seeds and is soo satisfying to use! Expect to start using a lot more lemons and limes when you buy this.
Makes a great gift, too! Gave one to a friend who has *everything* (including a poor imitation of this product); she later admitted that when I gave this to her, she thought it was a duplicate of something she had and thought did not work particularly well. She used this one & loves it!

Previous to getting this spinner, I didn't know what all of the spinner fuss was about. My old spinner was absolutely anemic by comparison. This spinner *really* does its job. The rubber ring on the bottom holds the bowl in place on the counter - a very important feature when you get the spinner up to top speed! I don't love the (mild) fidgetiness of fitting the lid onto the turning mechanism and then fitting that onto the basket and then getting the lid to fit down into the bowl BUT that all disappears when I give it a spin!

After using these, I've been completely converted to glass containers. They are ever-so-much nicer than the old plastic ones and especially nicer than using disposable plastic containers. I use these to freeze left-overs and bulk-prepared foods and they do a great job. They seal very tightly and help prevent freezer burn. I frequently use them straight from the freezer into the microwave or into a sink of warm water to quickly loosen the contents into a pan on the stove. They stack and store nicely and easily. I find these indispensable and I feel a lot better about using less plastic (BPA-wise).
I have two sets and one set is easier to close than the other - not sure why.

I bought these on a whim and really like them. I do agree with the other reviewer who said that the smaller sizes are less useful than the larger ones (even though they do fit well onto small glass nesting bowls). These hold a seal well (although not indefinitely) and are particularly useful when in the middle of a more involved cooking project. Instead of using plastic wrap, I can quickly cover something that I either pop into the refrigerator or leave out on the counter while I'm doing something else. I also like that they don't take up much room and I can keep them handy! I think these make nice gifts -- useful, nifty and not expensive!

I've only ever used this KitchenAid attachment for making applesauce, but it does an incredible job. I wash and cut the apples into quarters and cook them down. No peeling, no coring - simply slice them into quarters -- the attachment does the rest! I'm truly amazed every time!
Scoop the cooked apples (cores, stem, seeds and all) into the hopper and use the pusher to feed the apples through the strainer. The attachment strains the apple from the waste (which is surprisingly minimal) and makes the *most* beautiful applesauce.
This is best as a two-person project with one person scooping into the loading tray and the other pushing the fruit down into the strainer. We have found that the standard loading tray is a bit small once you get rolling, but KitchenAid does have a larger tray attachment which we have recently purchased.

I received this nifty deep fryer for Christmas from my husband in our quest to make a Japanese meal with veggie tempura at home. And that we have! This is an easy-to-use, relatively easy-to-clean little deep fryer. We were making tempura veggies and shrimp in a matter of minutes. It did a great job! It comes apart easily for cleaning - thankfully. My only complaint, and this has to do with deep frying in general, is the cooking odor. We've taken to deep frying outside to avoid the smell inside the house. It's easy enough for us to take it outside, so I personally would not spend more on a deep fryer that has an odor filter function. This machine is nice and compact and all of the parts store easily together.

Fantastic knife! Prior to getting my Shun knives, I didn't have especially good knives ... and I didn't really know it, until we invested in the Shuns! We get lots of use out of this particular knife every single day. We did some reading (somewhere) that it's not the best on pumpkins and other super hard veggies due to the special angle of the Shun blade; additionally, it's so sharp that I would feel uncomfortable using it on a pumpkin in case there's a catastrophic slip. Other than for Fall pumpkins and gourds, this knife is an absolute staple in our kitchen. One of our personal Top 10 kitchen items, in fact. After using (and loving) this knife, I helped prepare dinner at a friend's house using her knives; I couldn't believe the difference. Once you have a knife like this, you will not be able to use your old knives again.

This is a great, quality machine! There's no pre-freezing required. It's *very easy* to clean; I love that there are no parts -- besides the paddle -- to remove, fiddle with or store. The lack of pre-freezing and putting parts together makes it so easy and quick to make frozen treats. It even works beautifully (and with zero fuss) putting in plain yogurt and fruit straight into the bowl and letting Lello mix it up itself with the paddle while freezing. It doesn't make a huge quantity of ice cream at one go; however, it's so easy to make that it's no trouble to whip up another, fresh batch. If you're in the market for this rather pricey machine, you won't be disappointed!
