I had another brand of panini maker that lasted about six months and then died. Chef's took it back and I bought this one instead. What an improvement. It's far more versatile for only a few dollars more. It cooks all sorts of things. It's fast and rugged. Everyone uses it. Nothing cooks bacon the way this unit can. Highly recommended.
