When I'm in the Kitchen, I become: Cooking Enthusiast
I wish I had purchased this pan when my children were all at home. It would have made dinner preparation so much easier. But, now that it is just the two of us, I still use this pan several times a week. I can stir fry vegetables or saute meat without crowding. It also cleans up easily. However, it does occupy a fair chunk of real estate on my stove top. It hangs over the large burner and almost encroaches on the adjacent burner. I just keep this in mind when planning my menu. The long handle also takes some adjusting to, as it can get in the way. Overall, it is a well-made, even cooking, well designed pan.
